After downloading and running the Eudora installer, you can choose the Eudora that's best for you:

Paid mode:

Award winning, feature-rich version, includes SpamWatch (version 6 and higher), Ultra-Fast Search (version 7) and BossWatch (version 7)

Sponsored mode:

The same software features as Paid mode (except for SpamWatch, Ultra-Fast Search (version 7) and BossWatch (version 7)

Light mode:

Even fewer features, but it is still free

All three modes are accessible within the application once you've installed and launched it.

If you have a Paid Eudora, please make sure it is registered before upgrading. You must have purchased and registered your current copy within the last 12 months to continue using Eudora in Paid mode.

The latest versions of Eudora are shown below. To find out if you are running the latest version, open Eudora and select Help > About Eudora (Mac OS X, go to the Eudora: menu > About Eudora).

How long will the download take? It depends greatly on your Internet connection. With a 56k dial-up modem, it will take approximately 40 minutes to download the Windows installer (approximately 25 minutes for the Macintosh installer).

Instructions: How to Buy Eudora

Please follow the instructions below and run the installer. During the install, the "Payment & Registration" wizard will help step you through your purchase.

Install into the same folder as your previous Eudora so that the newer version overlays the older one. Upgrading Eudora - No Mailboxes after Upgrade
Launch Eudora - it will launch in Sponsored mode.
From the Help menu, select Payment & Registration and click the Paid mode button.
You will be taken out to the Web for the transaction.
After the transaction is complete, your Paid Mode registration code will automatically be sent to you via the email address you provided.
Return to the Payment & Registration dialog, click on Enter Your Code in the lower right hand corner, enter the Paid Mode registration code, click the OK button and--- Voilà!

A Paid Mode purchase entitles you to 3 incidents of technical support within 6 months from the time of purchase.
